My first visit to The Ivy Bush Royal Hotel in Camarthen, Wales was part of Bakers Dolphin Reunion weekend. I was there to enjoy a 2 course lunch to celebrate the last leg of the trip. I was greeted with a very warm welcome by the hotel staff and it was great to finally introduce myself and to put faces to names.
Our visit to Scarborough resulted from a change in hotel management and our own eagerness to review the past seasons performance. I met with Martin and Amanda to discuss our clients’ needs during group stays and meals in particular. Their bubbly attitude and keen nature showed real passion for the hotel and the experience they offer.
